“I had a few yoga teachers before finding the one with whom I felt good. Her professionalism, her personality, her way of explaining, all with a hint sometimes sprinkled with humor, the atmosphere of the place, she knows how to go into spirituality without it being too much, which makes it suitable for everyone, its humanism... All these reasons explain why I recommend Hot Yoga by Rachel Hart 100%. Namaste”
