Stores are open while following safety and social distancing measures, and customers are encouraged to check their online orders to minimize in-store traffic. Some customers have reported negative experiences with staff. Some have encountered conflicting information from different employees regarding store policies. Other customers have described feeling disrespected by staff. Delivery services have also received criticism for inconsistent scheduling. However, Home Depot has also received positive feedback for its customer service, with excellent after-sales service from the manager. Some customers have reported positive interactions with store managers who helped resolve their issues. There is no hassle when it comes to returning the goods.
J’ai fais une commande en ligne et malgré que je n’ai pas reçu un courriel de confirmation, qui en conséquence a été plus long sur 2 jours. Malgré cela, J’ai reçu un excellent service au ramassage de commande en ligne. La jeune femme préposée au commande en ligne était d’une efficacité sans reproche. Efficace, rapide, courtoise et très poli surtout avec les gens qui ne respectait pas les consignes (covid-19) De plus, j’ai dû faire changé des morceaux de bois que je n’aimais pas ( craquer, brisé )et un jeune homme préposé est venu arranger cela. Merci et Bravo à s’est deux jeunes employés du Home Depot St-Jérôme.
