We recently used the services of the Lafontaine team for a drilling project in rather difficult conditions. I had the pleasure of having an employee from Puits Lafontaine named Olivier who came at the appointed time, was prompt, courteous and polite and above all provided excellent answers to my many questions. The young man knows the wells, how the parts work and gave me tips that will help preserve and maintain my water well. Without water, you don't get old! Thank you Olivier.
I have dealt with this company on 2 occasions in the last 3 years for problems with my well (not installed by them....more than 10 years ago) On each occasion they impressed me with their customer service and their integrity (which is unfortunately increasingly rare in this period when everyone wants to get rich faster!).
