I built a house with them in 2017, they then declared bankruptcy. The house still has several hidden defects to this day (2023). They collected my taxes 2x in their pocket and I'll spare you! ($10,000). Which I had to repay twice myself (nice surprise!)It’s a shame that there are still such dishonest people. I was 22 years old when I made this purchase. Everything has been ongoing since then and I was informed that they had several open files in progress concerning them for the same reason.
