Very professional and quality installation, safely removed and moved old water heater tank and installed new one along with some safety features like expansion tank and drain pad, efficiently provided instructions and information for follow-up questions + language friendly.

Ten days ago I had two natural gas hot water tanks installed in my duplex and the whole experience was executed flawlessly, from beginning to end. The technicians, Sam and Alex arrived on time, they laid down protective carpeting on my newly renovated basement floors and cleaned everything up after the job was done. There was nothing left for me to clean after they left. It took a lot less time than I was expecting and the technicians explained everything to us in great detail, even we could understand how everything worked. I changed my tankless water heater and Sym did an excellent job. Very professional and answered all my questions. Also, installed a heat pump for dual energy. I would 100% recommend this company.
