Ecosolaris was professional, courteous, and prompt. I originally ordered the wrong charging component for my needs. When I realized that what I actually needed was a Victron IP22, Ecosolaris promptly arranged for the return and refund of the component that I had originally purchased and sent me the Victron IP22, which works perfectly.
