“Lots of choices, but poor return policy”
"I recently purchased a product online from Best Buy, and although the purchasing process was easy and the selection was impressive, I was extremely disappointed with their return policy. I attempted to return a product , but Best Buy refused to reimburse me Despite efforts on my part to resolve the problem, the customer service did not meet my expectations!

I received EXCELLENT service today. The person who helped me (named Philippe) went above and beyond my expectations by answering my questions, leaving no stone unturned, about gaming devices! The kind of employee who stands out, the one you dream of hiring in your company... ? You are lucky!
