I have been a Lobe customer for several years, but was at a different branch. After several visits and many adjustments, I had given up on the idea of wearing hearing aids because they really didn't help me understand any better. I put them in a drawer and never wore them.In December 2022, I decided to make an appointment at the Saint-Hyacinthe branch and redo a hearing test, to start from scratch. I have nothing but good comments to make to the entire team.It was then Dominic Rivard, hearing aid specialist, who had the task of making the adjustments to my existing devices. Honestly, I didn't believe it anymore...Today I wear my devices regularly and it has changed my life!Thanks to Dominic for the quality of his work, his professionalism and above all for his "relentlessness" in finding "the right recipe" so that my devices meet my needs!

Really impressed with their service. It was a first visit for me but I am a regular at audiologist clinics (25 years old). It is said of me that I am particular when it comes time to program my devices. I thought I would have difficulty getting served since I am from another province and it was December 31st. I must admit that the orthoprosthetist was very honest in telling me that he was not a specialist in my old device and that he did not often work with Phonac. He rose to the challenge brilliantly. He explained what he was doing throughout the fit. He was attentive to the problems I encountered and my needs. I strongly recommend Clinique Lobe.
