I love him as a tattoo artist. For my first tattoo he was able to answer all my concerns. I love getting tattooed and I love spending time with him super friendly and really funny. It's the best decision I've made in my life and no regrets.

Cleanliness: He always cleans his work surface before starting a new tattoo and changes needles for each color. Clean place, nothing to say about it

I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by mister Balcer (pronounced in french "BAL-C"), and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into the tattoo room, I could tell that he was passionate about his craft. I also greatly appreciate that he listened to me and did not try to move my ideas to something closer to his universe.
Not only was Martin incredibly talented, but he also made the whole process fun and enjoyable. We had great conversations that made the time fly by ... especially if you love music :)
