Completely unprofessional company, they changed my appointment 3 times and one day I missed a full day of work, the time slot was between 12:00-17:00. They called me at 4:45 p.m. saying that he wasn't going to come to our house and that from the start of the day he was way too scheduled. I was really not happy, they made me a 4th appointment without ever calling me to apologize. I contacted the company several times asking to speak to the boss before another appointment and no one ever called back.Really a huge lack of professionalism which ultimately cost me a day of workService: Interior & exterior window cleaning

I had booked an appointment for maintenance of my air exchanger. The day of my interview, the subcontracting company called me to find out if Entretien Arma had called me to reschedule my appointment. Their schedule was full and they couldn't come to my house in the end. Very disappointed to be canceled the same day without the possibility of having another appointment quickly.

Edit: 2022 There must have been some administrative changes done. This year the telephone interaction was very disorganised and repetitive. I could not get a straight answer from the agent. Cancelling for this year & in future years. Do not recommend this company at all.Wonderfully organised, came at the stated hour, sent a text prior. Windows are spotless. Price is reasonable, work is professionally done.
