Sandra was amazing. She helped us pick out flooring for our main floor, including hardwood and ceramic for entrance and bathroom. We went back after for a backsplash and again she was super helpful. The installation teams were really good as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them again on future projects.
Amazing after sale after installation service! I was concerned about the grout in my shower 1 year after the work was completed and called the store. I was directed to Gabriel and Francis they were both very helpful and were able to send an amazing person to do the repair all in the same day! This kind of customer service is extremely rare. I definetly recommend doing business with this store.
