I don't often shop in store, as I usually make my purchases online. I decided to stop in this morning and buy an item, and my experience started off great. The employee who greeted me was polite and asked if I needed assistance, and the cashier who completed my purchase was friendly and kind.
Unfortunately, the final interaction left a disappointing impression. I needed to scan my credit card on another payment terminal, and the manager or team lead who brought the machine over seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. I went to Sephora and was helped by Janie — and she is an absolute sweetheart. She immediately understood what I needed and picked my perfect shade on the spot. No back and forth, just spot on. She’s quick, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares. Such a lovely experience!
