The lady with the short hair was so rude. And the nail fell off after one week. And she put on 1 new nail that looked completely different than all the others.

Terrible customer service! My daughter booked weeks ago for false nails before the start of school. Showed up today for appt and during appt, she realized they were not doing what she had asked for. They accused her of not booking that (I was next to her on phone so I know she did) and the lady was full of excuses and blame, and rude! My daughter will never go back here. Customer service is terrible! No apology or offers to reschedule her properly. Just excuses, blame, and rude! Someone else can get our loyal business!
