“I purchased blinds from Budget Blinds Quebec years ago (they are now closed) and had issues one of my blinds/motors that were from Somfy. Somfy doesn’t help directly so I called a few Somfy dealers for a service call/fee to fix the blinds not responding and it was either very expensive or too complicated to deal with.
