I used the services of Stefania from Action Sport P in Rosemère because the clinic was close to us for regular shoulder pain. Wow, she really listened and took all the time necessary to do several tests/verifications to properly target the problems. She also takes the time to explain the results and her analysis in detail to help me understand the problem correctly and motivate me to do the exercises. I like his approach which is based on self-healing and the importance of following an exercise plan.
