While travelling through 3 provinces, a friend of mine's trailer hitch broke close to Riviere du loup. I called a few other businesses in the area and after looking at the issue they couldn't get the part for 2 days and couldn't schedule him in for the installation for 5 days. I contacted SMR and spoke to Simon and he told me to send him over. He said he could get the part the next morning and he would do the installation on their lunch break as they also were full up as it was tire season. They did an awesome job and pricing for everything was more than reasonable. They went above and beyond to help a traveller and for me, that's worthy of a 5 star... read full review
