Disappointed with the customer service, we had planned an appointment a week in advance at a fixed time. The service calls us 1 hour in advance that the electrician will not be able to be there on time due to another delay x. She tells us that the electrician will call us in the afternoon to give us another time. No news from the electrician. We waited for nothing.
