Very satisfied and happy to do business with them. Summer and winter, you have to remember that when it snows it falls everywhere and they cannot be everywhere at the same time. NEVER plow our driveways. The blocks next to it are done but not us. We still have to do everything by hand. It's been 4 days since the storm ended and they still haven't passed.

No service, doesn't answer the phone. All my neighbors are cleared of snow, except me. My neighbor who is with pro-neige, his snow blower came 3 times, and I not once. I'm going to change companies even if I don't have a refund, it's more important to be able to leave the house. The worst thing is that I didn't want BMP. I was with Saint-Odile, but the guy at Saint-Odile told me that I had to call BMP... I didn't understand. Anyway, I'm going to call pro-neige, he does a great job with my neighbors. If you do business with BMP, at least pay in installments...
