There's a reason these guys have such a high rating on Google...it's because of employee's like Jean-Sébastien Girard! He was able to serve me in English, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very thorough in his work. He was even able to move my appliances and standing cupboards by himself. The exterminator Alain Mathieu offered me a friendly and cheerful service, and was able to calm my fears by explaining the situation to me as it happened and even with the solutions to the problems. I don't think there are really words to express all my gratitude for his help and this situation which was completely beyond me.
