J'ai arrêté mon choix à ce centre car il y a plusieurs piscines, mais surtout pour la rivière. Car mon amie adore l'eau et les piscines, elle est moins fan des saunas. Cette journée là, nous sommes arrivés et au comptoir de réception le Mrs. nous a dit que la rivière était fermé pour bris, alors quand fait elle était fermé pour l'entretient annuel. Ce qui veut dire que cela était planifié depuis longtemps et qu'aucune information à ce sujet n'était mentionné sur le site ou lors de la réservation, car sinon... read full review

I want to give a fair review, having been to Iceland spas just this past November. But I feel this could be a lovely spa if there were a few changes. Checking in was tough. There were 3 attendants and they are catered to the premium line while the check in line was 20 ppl deep. Information of the spa. They didn't really tell you what was available or even give you a map? Odd bc you have to basically walk around in the cold and figure it out. Just made the experience not as pleasant. My number one suggestion. Ppl are wearing their shoes in the bathroom and showers and everywhere ? It was gross really bc a lot of ppl were not wearing shoes either and it took away from... read full review

Had a great time. You get a key and locker. The locker rooms have showers, restrooms, blow dryers, and straighteners. There's a ton of pools and saunas and rooms to chill in or try. People brought books to read in some the lounges. Can't have phones out taking pictures. Every once in a while someone would come around and tell you to stop. Got a massage also and it did have a tip envelope for after which I wasn't accustomed to or was expecting, but bring cash I guess if you want to tip. Overall a great experience.
