“I hired this company to connect my dishwasher on February 20. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I was told the technician would call me at 7:30 a.m. Instead, he arrived at 10:30 a.m. He explained that he had another customer before me, even though customer service had promised that I would be the first appointment at 8:00 a.m.
I was also quoted $174 plus tax over the phone. However, I was ultimately charged $291.74 just to connect the dishwasher — almost the same amount I paid for the appliance itself. That price feels excessive for such a simple installation. Eventually, The price was adjusted and some charges got removed after I called the customer support. Now, it is below $200. Much better. Thanks.“
