I hired this company to connect my dishwasher on February 20. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I was told the technician would call me at 7:30 a.m. Instead, he arrived at 10:30 a.m. He explained that he had another customer before me, even though customer service had promised that I would be the first appointment at 8:00 a.m.
I was also quoted $174 plus tax over the phone. However, I was ultimately charged $291.74 just to connect the dishwasher — almost the same amount I paid for the appliance itself. I always call this company when I have water problems. They offer 24 hour service. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and explain the repairs needed. I will continue to use their services. Quality is consistent over the past years.
We replaced our water heater and the work was done in a professional and meticulous manner...all the surrounding furniture as well as the floor were protected...thanks to the 2 technicians N.Beaudin and S.Poirier for their work...and what's more they are nice :)!Johanne Rancourt
