Sept-2024 Recently, I purchased a SteamPod v3 at Coifferie Internationale in Place de la Cité (Quebec). This is my 3rd SteamPod purchase but the version I got was not like my other SteamPods. The steam does not come out well and the heat is not powerful enough to straighten the hair properly. So I brought it home to exchange it but surprise!!!! the lady responsible did not want to exchange it because for her, it heats up and it comes out with steam and therefore it works??? and she didn't want to know anything.
Already the day before, I had gone to their house, to bring the device but I was not able to do this operation also because this manager was not there and the employees there cannot do anything, no decision, and this lady was not reachable for her colleagues, so the store is open but without anyone who can make a decision!!!! and I was told to come back today to hope to see someone in charge, which I did. Once responsible, it is impossible to exchange the equipment.
So advice to all of you, find out more because at Coifferie Internationale at Place de la Cité (Québec), the sense of customer satisfaction does not exist. Buy your things at your own risk

July 25, 2024 Purchase of a $50 gift card, impersonal service, 3 young women who speak Arabic to each other while one of them does my bill. I really didn't have good service, they looked at me in an unfriendly manner. I won't go back there.

Some employees give advice that is not truthful regarding hair techniques. Please ensure you have qualified employees as your store contains products that can have serious reactions on people. I won't go back there.

Yesterday, April 7 around 3:30 p.m., I was unable to get service at this branch. The 4 employees spoke loudly in another language at reception without coming to see the customers in the store (who all left without buying). I walked past them 4-5 times and they ignored me the whole time. I went 300 m to Zazz in Place Ste Foy and received excellent service. The zazz employees confirmed to me that they had had this comment several times about international hairdressing...

Accueil comme si je dérangeait, la caissière ne s'est pas aperçue qu'elle me chargeait 2 bouteilles au lieu d'une et j'ai dû le lui rappeler à 2 reprises. Elle ne voyait pas son erreur et semblait ne pas apprécier y travailler ce matin là... La prochaine fois, je préférerai retourner au kiosque de Laurier Québec ( fermé par manque de patronne malheureusement)

1-The products are interesting but every time I go there I am apprehensive because either I am seen but the salespeople prefer to go to other people because I have textured hair or they answer me very vaguely.2-Every time I look for products for my hair type, no one is able to answer me based on the ingredients I am looking for (sulfate-free, etc.) so I wander around the store alone to finally find them. find (and there are some).3-Once I asked for coloring advice and before I even explained my case the person cut me and asked me if I planned to dye my hair in their salon with a very horrified look.4-I know that textured hair is not the majority but a little more knowledge on the subject would really be a plus because many of us consume a lot of products but being sidelined because of the hair of the customer across the street is easier to manage and quite frustratingIn short, an interesting diversity of range but if I go there I have to go all around the store to find a product that suits me and I don't feel welcomeServices: Hairstyling
