We had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to two amazing employees. Marwan helped us with flooring and was absolutely wonderful—he listened carefully to our needs, gave us great advice, and was super friendly the whole time. He had such a positive attitude and a constant smile, which made the experience really pleasant.
When we went to customer service to finalize our bill, Eva assisted us, and she was just as amazing. She was incredibly patient, very helpful, and took her time to make sure everything was done properly, all while staying kind and smiling throughout the process.

Really awesome crew at Home Depot Pointe-Claire, I enjoy going there always, have been going for the past 10 years, everyone is so kind, helpful and caring, all familiar faces, couldn't be more happy with the service, efficiency, and fast delivery!!
This store is conveniently located and has plenty of available parking. Best of all, the employees are polite, professional and speak English which is always appreciated.
I had a problem getting the proper price for my new appliances because the sales rep insisted he couldn't give me the 10% off for price matching. Another rep joined in and made me feel very uncomfortable so I paid the bill and left. I don't think the rep was trying to cheat ne but I knew without a doubt that he was wrong.
I later phoned customer service who agreed that I was owed the 10% off, apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me the amount I was overcharged. Anyone can make...read full review
