RONA Pierrefonds is a well-stocked hardware store located in a convenient area. The store is clean and offers a wide range of products, although some aisles can be a bit dark. Parking may be limited, and certain items may not always be available. Overall, the store provides decent service, with friendly and helpful staff assisting customers with their needs. Many customers have praised the staff for their politeness and willingness to help. For instance, Brian, the manager of the wood cutting section, has received specific commendation for going the extra mile to assist customers with wood cuts and DIY projects. Other staff members, including Camille, Marco, and Daniel, have also been recognized for their delightful service. Despite being busy on weekends, the associates work hard to maintain customer satisfaction and offer a variety of products that may be hard to find at other major hardware stores.
Well stocked, friendly and for the most part knowledgeable staff. The only thing I would say is that during the core work-week for contractors they should make the pro check out pro’s only. What’s the point of having that cash if you allow anyone to use it??? It’s very simple…. Put a sign that says VIPRO only. There’s so many other cashes self checkout and real check out that anyone else can use. This is the only reason they loose a star in my opinion.
The garden center is not well organized. Pricing is missing and incorrectly identified on some stock. Compared to the Reno Depot previously at Fairview they need work to get to a pleasing appeal.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for SHAILA at RONA. She has outstanding communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. From my very first visit to the paint department, she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
Shaila spent a great deal of time with me, carefully reviewing different paint options and color samples to ensure I selected the perfect color for my project. She was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and always provided professional recommendations based on my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale.
