I dropped in to CrossFit yul with my sister and had a very nice experience! We were there for 3 days and found the coaches very accommodating. The owner, Mike, was fast to respond on gmail and provide class times/details. The class itself was well within CrossFit standards, and presented athletes with multiple scaling options as well as a push to Rx. The gym was very clean and had tons of equipment. Classes were always finished with a group stretch and we were even welcomed to stay for open gym if we wish! Excited to come back to YUL in the future.
