Great gym, no class is ever the same. I would highly recommend! Great coaches too!
My experience at Orange Theory Fitness Pointe-Claire was beyond amazing! The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, the coaches are full of life, knowledgeable, and guide you smoothly through a full body workout comprised of cardio and strength/power. My mom and I love coming to workout together. There are also challenges throughout the year making the workouts even more exciting. 10 stars!!!
The only gym that I’ve ever stuck with. The perfect mix of accompaniment without feeling like a coach is supervising you the entire time. Every workout is different and everyone there is friendly and helpful.
