We’ve been bringing our little boy to see Heidi at Minimod Pointe Claire since he was a baby, and we honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. At our most recent visit, our son was having a tough time—screaming, upset, and clearly not happy—but Heidi was incredibly patient, comforting, and understanding. She never rushed, and her calm, kind approach made all the difference. Somehow, she still managed to give him a fantastic summer haircut despite the chaos! Thank you Heidi!

This has been so far the best place i’ve ever been to go cut my hair. After salons and salons that never get my cut right, i finally found a place that takes care of my curls while giving me a nice shape. The prices are very reasonable, staff is amazing, would totally recommend for your next haircut !!

Patty was really nice and patient. We went on a Monday and nobody was there so no reason for her to rush. But she didn't cut my daughter's hair in the way I showed her in the pictures (of a bob). The back is way too short, the sides are longer than the back, and her bangs are choppy. I even asked her to trim the sides, but she said no, it was fine. The certificate was nice. All in all, I won't pay almost $30 again to have this experience repeated.
