This store is certainly understaffed. Only one person is available abd when she gives the entire attention to one customer, you need to wait for a very long time to make your inquiry, which does not feel very welcoming!

We wanted to always get MAC for my mom but were never prepared unless we met Cassandra/Chloe. Cassandra greeted and assisted us in finding the right makeups whereas Chloe’s entry later was the turning point!! Chloe came loaded with tons of makeup expertise and on the spot analyzed my mother’s skin like a “Pundit of Makeup” and shared enormous amount of information tailored to mother’s skin so that our final decision has zero opportunity cost!
I, though as a man, personally enjoyed the whole process and was ecstatic to meet sweet ladies. Thankyou and Hugs!! 🤗

As usual, when I go to this specific MAC counter, I am always extremely well served. But today Laurie helped me with all my questions and my needs in the best way possible. She was patient, she listened to me and understood what I needed even if it was hard for me to explain what I wanted. She also gave me some amazing suggestions. I am looking forward to try my new products and apply some of the tips and tricks she shared with me today. It was important for me to share my experience with this amazing makeup artist, thank you again Laurie ?
