Me and my friends do teen zone that is free and it is a very nice gym me and my friends go all the time and when we are tired we play ps5 until our parents come pick us up

Just joined for the summer and they have Great Classes: Wednesday Aquafit in the evening, and Interval training and Zumba Classes. Trying Spinning class next and will try the other classes. Was looking for classes only at a gym. The only small thing: it is really hard to book aqua or spinning classes for weekends as they are full. I heard at times there are openings but people forget to cancel. Also the website is a little not user friendly to book and cancel classes. Very happy I joined.

I took my two sons to this gym to play. When my younger son was using the treadmill, a staff member came over and said he wasn’t allowed to play on it. However, there was a white child next to him doing the same thing, and their heights were almost identical.
I asked the staff how they could verify that the other child met the age requirement. Their response was simply, “He does.” I found this answer vague and unsatisfactory. It made me feel like there was inconsistent enforcement of the rules, and I couldn’t help but feel we were being treated unfairly.

CLOSED! It is no longer a YMCA. Also the pool is currently closed. It’s now complex Point Claire.

My son joined the gym few months ago Two months ago someone applied glue around his locker Today may 9 he forgot to lock his locker Someone cut his school bag and his jacket I threw his jacket other wise I will post the picture Unfortunately the staff can’t help us the just apologize because they have to can’t take any action they said it’s happened before to but they don’t want to take any action Very disappointed with their answer I hope city of point clear should do something about

I joined the YMCA because I was told I could use the location in Pointe Claire! I got there and it turns out I can’t get in because the city bought the building and now you need a separate membership! WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THAT?

Brought my brother to the gym with me and played pickleball. He was kicked out for being too young, yet the people who took his place were the same age. Only difference is they were white. The workers do not treat you like customers. Instead, they treat you like some sort of inconvenience.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean but the parking is always full so members have to find a spot in the shopping mall behind and they keep back entrance closed. No place to sit down while your kids are playing in the gymnasium so parents are staring at their kids through two small windows crammed up in the hallways.

Been there for three times, don’t understand as a government run place,why all the receptionists all so impatient,you can’t say they are actually rude,they use words seems polite but you can see on her face ,by the tone,how they not happy with talking with you, you can’t feel any welcome here, like you guys are begging to pay to go to the gym here.I understand sometimes it is busy, but it is definitely not the reason to have attitude like that.
