Went for a mani / pedi on Aug 07 in Lachine. Mani was done by new employee. Not great. Pedi was done by Tyiese - she’s amazing. Very calm and detailed. She even fixed my manicure so I left very happy with all my services. My next appointment for both mani/ pedi will be booked Tyiese. Co- owner is very nice and open minded.
I’ve been a returning client of this salon for many years, always coming when I had events or just wanted to pamper myself. I truly appreciate the team’s talent and kindness, which is why it’s disappointing for me to have to write this.
I recently had to cancel an appointment due to unexpectedly waking up with a cold. I understand that policies exist and that time is valuable—but I was surprised to be immediately told I’d have to pay a $25 cancellation fee. I have a long history with this salon of being responsible, always calling if running late or needing to adjust appointments, and have never canceled last minute before.

I’ve been meaning to post a review about Dylan at Lash & Beauty Boutique! She’s so professional, yet makes you feel like you can talk about anything. She always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and truly creates such a relaxing experience. Dylan is not only talented but also just an all around awesome person. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beauty services!
