“Beautiful but a few Buds of flowers are broken , l think it a branch of white Roses . That was not nice and weird..It was for my Daughter birthday, I apologize to her . We live together, I was there when she received them . I wish I new how to take a pic…but I will know soon lol“

“I was registered for the free birthday surprise for years buy never went.
I finally went to visit the store and on top.of flowers, they have a nice assortement of products from Quebec artisan. If you want to buy a local gift it s the place to go. That is how i was a customer at first.

But today, i finally went for the birthday bouquet. Altough the bouquet is a surprise i voiced my preference for a certain type of flower and i was heard!

“Had a small misunderstanding after ordering by phone some flowers for a friends birthday. They unfortunately were not able to deliver on the actual day, however after speaking with Davino (sorry if i spelt your name wrong), he assured me they would redo the bouquet and send it out again early the next day. My friend was extremly happy with her flowers and the surprise. Big thanks to the staff at Lelili for making a bad situation 100% better.
