“I developed a freon leak in my 3 yr old A/C system. I didn't originally buy it with Turner but the company I originally dealt with refused to come and service the unit (Click-Air) even though it had a 10 year warranty. I called around the west island and only Turner agreed to come help. They also helped me navigate the warranty process. It took a few visits to find the source of the leak and order the new parts from Fujitsu but they made it happen and I FINALLY have A/C again. Even though it was difficult to find the issue, they provided regular updates about part ordering, and were very transparent about what was covered by the warranty so there was no surprise costs. I will be using them again for the next repair or new A/C system!“
