Hi had a positive experience. They were upfront with prices and with how they work. They were flexible in terms of pick up and delivery. They also gave sound advice and various kinds of computers and replacing parts vs purchasing a new computer. And my system works. And they wanted to make sure it did!
My son's MacBook Pro 2019 16 laptop was constantly overheating. We tried laptop fans but that did not resolve the problem. Also the battery was not holding its charge. We decided to have KSK Computers conduct a full diagnosis of the computer before purchasing a new laptop. KSK did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the computer while running several tests to assess the condition and the operations of the laptop. I had a very good experience with KSK computer. I brought in my MacBook Pro to get a diagnosis since it would start anymore. Unfortunately the motherboard was fried but the work was done quickly. Very professional service. I sincerely recommend.
