Called them to assess and repair my bbq. Myles, (BBQ Doctor) their outside technician who does house calls, came by to install a part I had ordered from Napoleon.I turned out that Napoleon had sent the wrong part but Myles took it all in stride and gave me an assessment of my unit. He then offered to come back when the I received the correct part.Professionalism throughout.

Fast, friendly service! He took the time to explain the issue to me, to reassure me that what I was doing was safe and to make sure I knew how to address future issues. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been going to Joeys for tank refills for years. Today was no exception. I also brought along a burner from a Napoleon outdoor fire table which was on the fritz. Eric took the time to take a look to see if he could identify and repair the problem. He was persistent in trying to find the issue but after over an hour of taking things apart and testing conclusion was that the thermocoupler was compromised and that I should return to where I purchased to see if under warranty and falling that getting a replacement. I wanted to pay for Eric’s time but he refused which I was totally taken back by Eric’s gesture. Good manThanks Eric
