This company has got to be the worst snow removal company ever. Customer service is non existent. If you are lucky enough that they do come to remove the snow they do not remove it all. Half the driveway is not done. I would not recommend this company to anyone it is the worst.

My family lives in Kirkland, we've used Duraguard for over 10 years now. Last year they weren't as present with their snow removal, but we decided to give them another chance this year... Worst decision ever. They never come early anymore; every morning when we've had lots of snow, we've had to shovel our way out of our driveway. This winter, they never pass before 1pm ? Last night we shoveled a big pile for them during the snowfall, and STILL this morning they had not come. All of that for nothing, AND we still had to shovel our way out. I have been with this company for 3 years. The tractor service has been reasonable as is this year. This is the first year I used the shoveling service for the walk to the front door, in front of the garage doors as well as the walk on the side of the garage to the fence. The shoveling service is a nightmare. We have had 5 snowfall and I have had to call 5 times for the shoveling. I have asked for a supervisor to call me. I was told supervisors don’t call. Too bad I paid in advance. I would cancel the contract if I could. I will never return to this company no matter what. The worst possible costumer service possible
