Had a flat on the week-end, after hours. Brian responded to our call, even came directly to us to try repair on location. Worked into the evening to ensure we got back on the road. Took very good care of us at a time of need. Concierge service at off the rack prices.
I had a tire blow out while on vacation in Murdochville, with an unusual size of tire. Called all the places in Gaspe and beyond, nobody had the tire -- and then called Brian. He came in from his vacation, happened to have the right tire in his shop, and had everything fixed up for me by that night -- amazing service, great price, and with a smile to boot!
