They go above and beyond to resolve issues and assist with making choices. The team is calm, friendly, and knowledgeable, making customers feel at ease. Orders are efficiently processed, with quick delivery times. Overall, customers have an amazing experience and would return to the store with pleasure.
Oh my god. Alice! she was the most sweetest most amazing person ever. She made me feel so welcome, she really took her time with what we can find for me. I actually took a long time to choose, and she actually cared about my thoughts, she gave me some advice on how to accessorize better the jewellery she was so creative. Even though I tried so many things and made a mess, she was very patient full of energy and she never stopped smiling or helping which made me feel better shopping while taking my time. I didn’t feel rushed and I left the store feeling very happy. I’m looking forward to come back.
I had an excellent experience at Swarovski in Royalmount Mall. Miriam provided outstanding service — she was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.
