My experience with David was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After a counter-proposal was signed and legally accepted by both parties — which, under Québec law, forms a binding agreement — David attempted to cancel the deal by referencing outdated conditions from a previous promise to lease, which had already been nullified.

Whether this was due to a misunderstanding of basic real estate law or a deliberate attempt to mislead, it created unnecessary stress and frustration. Rather than advising his client of the legal consequences of breaching a signed contract, he allowed the agreement to fall apart without valid grounds.

AVOID!! They have a broker named Jing Li, who also seems to run SPG Canada (google it and read the reviews). They illegally asked me for a deposit and refused to refund it. Promised me something else when showing the apartment and wrote something else on the lease. Backtracked from all the info they gave me. Worst of all, when i asked for a refund of the deposit since i was lied to, Daniel Li started abusing me on the phone. WORST SERVICE EVER!
