Service was great and the place is perfect for relaxing. Water is not drinkable, but they provide water stations. The property could use renovation, though we still enjoyed our stay.
Visited on a Friday afternoon with my partner and had a splendid experience. The location was completely cut off from the regular traffic with zero traffic noise. It’s into the nature with a beautiful stream flowing through the hills which is open for customers to take a dip in. The pools are very well maintained with three different temperature controls in three different thermal pools.
The staff were phenomenal in taking a walk through of the entire place and helped in suggesting the best way to pamper your body. Andre has been very amicable and welcoming with a huge.
We have been coming to this spa for the last 10 years because it is beautiful, quiet, affordable, and close to many beautiful hiking trails in Quebec.
We are from Toronto and love thermal spas. This one is our favorite in all of Quebec and Ontario.
The rooms are very nice with a Jacuzzi. Management has changed for the better recently. We felt more welcomed as regular customers than ever before and our breakfast was actual nutritious food with some variety each day. Thank you!
