I showed up without an appointment and was greeted very politely. Fortunately, there was a place available within a reasonable time frame.As for the haircut, Manon did an incredible job. One of the best head massages I've had in a long time. In addition to being extremely friendly, Anne received me for a last minute appointment and she took her time to understand my hair, my expectations, etc. I am super satisfied and I am going back in 5 weeks!
