Bought a perfume for my sister in December 2022 but someone else had already gotten it for her so I tried to return it in early January 2023... the employee I spoke to had the audacity to say "it's been a year since you purchased it, so you cannot return it." I was still within the 30 days and had all the paperwork needed.I then spoke to another employee who said I could return it, and she sent me the return label (which they didn't send with my original purchase) and I got it sent off no problem. 5 months later and I never got my refund and no one responds to my emails. I am now without the perfume and short $120 CAD. This was my first time buying from this company....read full review
