Regardless of who my assigned representative was, I was always welcomed to come in and ask questions. I had many—especially when considering a vehicle in this price range—and the team consistently took the time to guide me.

Due to the tariffs, inventory in Montreal suddenly became unavailable. The team patiently walked me through the steps required to secure a vehicle directly from the Berlin factory, ensuring I understood the process clearly.

We have been looking at Tesla’s recently and have tried a few and the Ferrier Tesla location render amazing service. You can register and borrow a Tesla overnight, which really helps you evaluate the car. This has been very useful in our journey to Join the Tesla community. It’s a refreshing experience, to shop for a Tesla, it’s so much easier than the legacy dealerships, no sales pressure, you literally buy from the App on your phone, when it’s time. The sales clerks at the Tesla locations, are there to answer questions and help wherever they can, and always, with a smile!

Went into Tesla to order a model 3 , Franco & Robert were incredible. So knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy at all. Made the visit a great experience. If you’re looking for a Tesla this is the place to visit.
