I should of posted a review when I went back during the winter time but it slipped my mind but I have been to Serrupro twice (once at the old location in the financial district a few years back and the second time at the current location). I received exceptional service from Mario both times and we had a good concession as well. I will definitely be going here whenever I need keys and lock services again.

My passport was in my safe and well, I lost the key to the safe and needed my passport for a trip. (That was only a couple days away at the time)
They took me last min, solved my problem and made me a key, all of this for 33 $ !
Another company wanted to charge me 150$ + tx for this.

I went here for a simple request: make copies of two keys. Honestly, the service was quick and friendly. The ambiance of the premises is also very professional and clean, which inspires confidence for this type of service. I would have given 5 stars if the seller hadn't chosen the wrong color for the keys. It's a small detail, but I was used to a specific color for each door, and now I have to get used to the new ones.
