the staff is so rude , literally i go there often just to retouch my makeup and i get stares when i leave thinking i stole something even tho i do buy things there sometimes. But there’s esp that one latina lady that is always looking at me in a weird way
I just wanna say that the employees make or break a customers experience especially in high end merch- Stephanie went above and beyond helping me to find the right shade of eyebrow pencil with the brand I wanted and even gave me a tutorial on contour. I'm only giving a 5 star cause of the excellent customer service she gave ☺️ will be returning for her knowledge!!
