The staff is always very professional and the hygiene is impeccable. The piercer is very gentle and gives advice. The studio is very cute and clean. The piercers are very attentive and patient, taking any fear of pain into consideration. The place is very clean and everything is well sterilized. The piercers wear their gloves and show the expiration date of the packaged needle and explain how to clean it properly. The owner is very patient with his customers and is very kind. Customers love the result, noting that piercings are straight and symmetrical.
Piercers are super professional, very clean. Very large variety of jewelry. Prices are excellent compared to many other piercing shops in montréal that offer the same services (coming from someone who had A LOT of piercings). The owner is a sweetheart, i felt welcomed and heard. There’s a lady at the front with pink hair who is an absolute angel 🥹.
I went there to get pierced 4 times and the staff was always very professional and the hygiene was impeccable. The drill is very gentle and gives advice. Plus, the studio is very cute and clean :p
