Richard fixed my problem with my hybrid vehicle in one day! After having had several appointments with the dealership who did not seem to find the problem and offered me solutions costing several thousand dollars...I sought a second opinion from Richard following a referral from my local mechanic. Richard and his colleague are honest and professional.
