Customer service is awful. They charge you for the sim card that they never sent and refuse to refund. Raluca was the agent I spoke too and it was an awful experience. Raluca needs to get fired.
The PM Community was useful offering several solutions leading up to a link to the client service agent as a last resort.The PM members genuinely believed that the company would give good service, however CS barely assisted. The response was another computer generated version of what already sits on this site. The claims made about my payment schedule were not accurate but there's no human being or advanced AI character available to receive that information.The lack of human nuance leaves me, stuck with lesser quality service for the next 30 days.
