Ely was very knowledgeable, communicative understanding and accommodating during my jewelry change today. I was advised adequately regarding risk of infection and advised on what jewelry would best suit my anatomy and complexion. Very professional piercer. Very sweet and down to earth also. Shop is clean, open and good warm vibes all around. Staff are warm and welcoming without being overly intense. Shop is lovely. If you're looking for the same experience I had go here!!
