Ongles Plaza is a friendly and welcoming business with experienced staff. Mai provides great haircuts, washes, and styles, and customers have been returning for many years. The staff is polite and attentive. The salon also offers nail extensions, with good service. However, there are occasional issues with inconsistent pricing. Overall, it is a place where clients feel satisfied with their treatments and enjoy a pleasant experience.
Mai does such an amazing job with my haircuts! I've been coming here for many many years and I'm always very impressed and happy with my haircut! She washes it, cuts it and styles it! Definitely so worth it! I highly recommend this place! Their staff is very friendly and polite as well.Michelle
Ever since they renovated, the place is super clean and really nice. Lots of space and modern. The owner is very nice. She took me in last minute and my nails turned out great. I did acrylic overlay plus shellac and 3 weeks later, still looks great ( minus the regrowth). The services are a bit more expensive but it’s worth it with the quality of the location and the results. Plus I didn’t have any cash but they let you do interact transfer. No cards though. Overall I recommend. If you can get the owner to do your nails, that’s even better. May I think her name is. Going back soon for my refill.
